To be responsible for the day-to-day inputting of data into the accounts
package, and provide overall support to the Finance & Administration
team. This role involves working to organisational standards
and statutory requirements. This means working accurately and
to a high standard is extremely important. Support is available
from your supervisor and the team as a whole to ensure this is achieved.
Senior Receptionist /Admin Assistant
To be the public face of Forth Sector by being responsible for providing a
reception. In addition to fulfil an admin role to support the Finance & Administration
team with their day-to-day tasks such as: preparing documents, sending letters,
filing, organising and distributing stationary orders and mail, and
managing Forth Sector resources. This post will also be responsible
for supporting new clients working in an admin role within CSU to develop
the skills / experience necessary to provide reception / admin cover on other
shifts.
Business Support Administrator
To research, collate, enter and maintain records held in an Excel spreadsheet. To
undertake customer contact activity via the telephone, email and letter. Please
note this is a new and developing role, and so may be subject to some change
as the position develops.
